Rage of the Abyss Pack List

The seas turn with new threats, as creatures from the deep rise to show their power. A trio of dangerous sharks lure in this booster pack set. New Mermail and Atlanteans also come from the depths to bring added new strength to their forces. Along with some Water attribute support cards, the seas will be a dangerous place.

Rage of the Abyss also introduces a few new archetypes. Azamina is a companion archetype to Sinful Spoils. These Illusion/Fusion Monsters are good at fetching themselves and Sinful Spoils from the deck or graveyard. Their big card Azamina Moa Regina will trigger a targeted card destruction in response to other Azamina or Sinful Spoils effect activations. The earth monster Primite Imperial Dragon lays the ground work for the primoredial archetype. With effects that target named cards or checks for cards of different names in the GY. The Primite cards are higher rarity and small in number so we'll have to wait to see what future expeditions unearth.

This rest of the set spreads its attention around other archetypes with each of the card tribes getting a few cards to help them out. Most of the newer archetypes received 1 or 2 cards in this set to help flesh out their decks. Even some odd deck types like Union and the Rescue Beasts get a new recruit. Goblin Bikers make a grand breakout and cause a crisis. Then Mimighoul once again comes out strong at the end of the pack doubling its number of cards.
